Innovation Advisory Committee

The Innovation Advisory Committee (IAC), formally the Technology Advisory Committee, was created to advise the Commission on complex issues at the intersection of technology, law, policy, and finance. The IAC may provide recommendations relating to the impact and implications of technological change on financial markets and the U.S. economy.

Chairman Michael S. Selig serves as the sponsor for the Innovation Advisory Committee. Michael Passalacqua serves as the IAC Designated Federal Officer.
