FY 2020 Division of Enforcement Annual Report, December 2020
This annual report details the CFTC enforcement program’s accomplishments, including quantitative and qualitative measures such as cases filed, relief obtained, and trends among enforcement actions.
The CFTC submits an annual report to Congress regarding the Whistleblower Program, customer education initiatives, and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission Customer Protection Fund, which funds the Whistleblower Program, including whistleblower awards, as well as customer education initiatives.
FY 2019 CFTC FOIA Annual Report, January 2020
The FOIA annual report contains detailed statistics on the number of requests received and processed, the time taken to respond, and the outcome of each request, as well as many other vital statistics regarding the CFTC’s administration of the FOIA. This report fulfils requirements set forth in March 2015 by Executive Order 13693 and describes the CFTC’s efforts to improve energy efficiency and enhance environmental performance in its facilities and operations.
Pursuant to the Regulatory Flexibility Act (5 U.S.C. 601, et seq.), and consistent with Executive Order 12866, the Commission issues twice a year an agenda of rulemaking matters it expects to consider during the next 12 months. The Commission’s agenda is published in the government-wide Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions, which is released in the Spring and Fall of each year.
