External Meetings: Call with ICE

Took place via conference call~ ~Staff discussed the differences in the markets ICE operates, differences between electronic trading and floor trading, and between exchanges and OTC.  Staff also discussed position limits, specific disruptive trading practices, and issues relating to algorithmic trading programs.
