The consultation was held at the CFTC's Washington, D.C. office. Participants discussed: (i) Bloomberg's business and operations; (ii) process for listing instruments; (iii) requirements relating to the statutory definition of swap execution facility; (iv) block trades; and (v) self-regulatory responsibilities of swap execution facilities.
