External Meetings: Rulemakings--General
Mr. Berkovitz described in general the CFTC's rulemaking process to implement the Dodd-Frank legislation. Following the presentation, there was discussion of the rulemakings regarding the end user exception, margin requirements, position limits and swaps data reporting, and the FERC-CFTC MOUs.
