The consultation was held at the CFTC's Washington, D.C. office.~ ~Participants discussed: (i) transactions in the energy markets; (ii) considerations regarding access requirements applicable to designated contract markets and swap execution facilities; and (iii) considerations regarding governance arrangements and potential conflicts of interest.
