External Meetings: Meeting with NFA
On March 3, 2011, Staff met with representatives of NFA to discuss the trade practice and market surveillance functions that they might provide for SEFs. NFA offered the following observation regarding the implementation of the SEF regulations: NFA believes that an implementation time of January 2012 will allow them and their customers to test their systems.
