External Meetings: Meeting with Goldman Sachs

The Commissioner and his staff met with representatives of Goldman Sachs regarding pre-trade transparency.  The meeting focused on the data published by ISDA in January 2013.  Goldman Sachs representatives pointed out the varying levels of liquidity in interest rate and credit default swaps subject to the Commission’s clearing requirement.
