Fintech Cooperation Arrangements

Fintech Cooperation Arrangements are a means to engage with other regulatory authorities and advance the CFTC’s efforts with respect to Fintech.  These arrangements provide a framework for cooperation, information sharing, and referrals.  They will enable CFTC’s LabCFTC to fulfill its mandate to facilitate market-enhancing Fintech innovation, and help ensure that the agency has the tools and understanding to keep pace with our markets.
