External Meetings: Call with GFMA Global Foreign Exchange Division

Conference call was to discuss the further definition of “Eligible Contract Participant”.  ~Peter Malyshev emailed the following language after the call:~ ~“… the commodity pool is operated by a registered CPO (unless subject to an exemption as provided under Rule 4.13(a)(3)) or, by a foreign person performing a similar role or function subject as such to foreign regulation.”
