New Eurex US Liquidity Initiative Programs 
The attached documents detail new programs designed to initiate liquidity in all Eurex US Treasury futures contracts (2, 5, and 10-year note futures and 30-year bond futures). The programs fall into four components: 1) Market Maker programs (Permanent, European Hours and Private); 2) Revenue Sharing program; 3) Fee holiday; and 4) Promotional giveaway. The programs will be effective through December 31, 2004. All members will be eligible to participate. It is expected that approximately 15 members will agree to be market makers and approximately 10 additional members will participate in the Revenue Sharing program. All members will be eligible for the fee holiday and promotional giveaway.
