Remarks: The New York Cotton Exchange (NYCE) merged with the Coffee, Sugar and Cocoa Exchange (CSCE) on June 10, 2004, and became the New York Board of Trade (NYBOT) as the final step of a merger that began in 1998. The Citrus Associates, FINEX, and NYFE were owned by NYCE. NYBOT was formed in 1998 when CSCE and NYCE merged.
