    CFTC to Hold Open Meeting to Consider Cross-Border Final Guidance; and Cross-Border Phase-In Exemptive Order

    Washington, DC – U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Chairman Gary Gensler today announced the Commission will hold a public meeting on Friday, July 12, 2013, at 9:30 a.m.
