On December 18, 1998, Todd Alan Thomas appealed from a default judgment entered by an Administrative Law Judge. While this appeal was pending, the Commission agreed to settle its claims against Thomas. See Order Making Findings and Imposing Remedial Sanctions as to Respondents Todd Alan Thomas and Wellington Financial Group., Inc., CFTC Docket Nos. 98-13 and 99-10 (November 3, 1999). As a result, Thomas' appeal is dismissed as moot.
