Complainant Kohlmeyer moves to withdraw his appeal of the dismissal of his reparations complaint without prejudice by an Administrative Law Judge. In the absence of either an objection by respondent or evidence of prejudice to the public interest, complainant's motion is granted and his appeal is dismissed.
