External Meetings: Definitions Meeting with Athilon
The meeting discussed the issues covered in Athilon's comment letter dated Feb. 17, 2011 (Comment No. 27735). Athilon elaborated on its proposal that credit derivative product companies (CDPCs) be excluded from the definition of major swap participant. The meeting also discussed the general characteristics and activities of CDPCs.
