Mr. Gilberg wrote, "As we discussed recently, please find attached a marked version of the summary of the conference call we had on Sept. 21, 2011 with representatives of the CFTC, KfW, Sullivan & Cromwell. We believe that there were certain points in the summary of the call posted on the Commission’s website that needed to be clarified. We would appreciate your making this clarification part of the public record, with an appropriate reference to the summary of the call posted on the Commission’s website."
