CFTC Privacy Impact Assessments
Privacy Impact Assessments are required by Section 208 of the E-Government Act. Such assessments of the privacy impact of any substantially revised or new information technology systems provide an analysis of how personally identifiable information is collected, stored, protected, shared, and managed.
