Programs of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the New York Mercantile Exchange
and National Futures Association

WASHINGTON As part of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission's ("Commission") Division of Trading and Markets' ("Division") ongoing oversight program to assess the overall effectiveness of self-regulatory organization ("SRO") rule enforcement review programs, the Division has prepared reports summarizing its reviews of the Financial and Sales Practice Compliance Programs at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the New York Mercantile Exchange and National Futures Association. The Division has notified each SRO of the results of the applicable report. Each report indicates that the Division found that the SRO's program generally meets the Commissions requirements and did not include any recommendations.
