CFTC Notifies the Board of Trading Clearing Corporation of the Results of Its Review of the BOTCC's Compliance with the Commission's Segregation and Related Recordkeeping Rules


Washington -- The Commodity Futures Trading Commission's (Commission) Division of Trading and Markets (Division) has notified the Board of Trade Clearing Corporation (BOTCC) of the results of its recent review of its compliance with the requirements of the Commodity Exchange Act (CEAct), Commission regulations and Division interpretations regarding customers' money, securities and property (segregation) and the related recordkeeping rules. The report states that as a result of the work performed by the Division in connection with its review, the Division concluded that the BOTCC program was in compliance with all applicable Commission segregation-related requirements during the period under review.
