CFTC Notifies the CME of the Results of its Recent Review of the Exchange's Financial and Options Sales Practice Compliance Programs

Washington -- The Commodity Futures Trading Commission's Division of Trading and Markets ("Division") has notified the Chicago Mercantile Exchange ("CME") of the results of its recent review of the exchange's financial and options sales practice compliance programs. The report states that the Division found that the design and execution of the CME program is in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. The report also provides a recommendation for enhancement of financial surveillance.
