On July 8, 1998, we denied respondent John N. Eggum's petition for relief from his undertakings not to seek or obtain membership on a contract market or apply for registration with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("Commission") in any capacity. Eggum filed a timely motion seeking reconsideration of that decision pursuant to Commission Rule 10.106, 17 C.F.R. � 10.106 (1998). We hereby grant the motion seeking reconsideration of our July 8, 1998 order and relieve Eggum of his undertakings not to seek or obtain membership on a contract market or apply for registration with the Commission.
