CFTC’s Division of Clearing and Intermediary Oversight Provides Annual Report Guidance to Futures Commission Merchants
Washington, D.C. – The Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Division of Clearing and Intermediary Oversight issued a letter providing guidance to registered futures commission merchants (FCMs). The letter is intended to assist FCMs, and their public accountants, in complying with the Commission’s regulations on the preparation and filing of annual audited financial reports.
