CFTC Proposes to Amend Electronic Filing Regulations and Certain Other Financial Reporting Requirements Applicable to FCMs and IBs
Washington, DC – The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has proposed to amend its regulations regarding the electronic filing of financial reports and notices by futures commission merchants (FCMs) and introducing brokers (IBs) as well as certain other financial reporting requirements. The proposed amendments would, among other things:
Public comment on the proposed regulations must be received by November 12, 2009.
