CFTC chief Gary Gensler is out to police financial Wild West

WASHINGTON — After a meteoric career on Wall Street, Gary Gensler co-wrote a book warning mom-and-pop investors to stick to index funds and ignore the hype about superstar stock pickers like ... his identical twin, Robert.

The publication of The Great Mutual Fund Trap in 2002 "made Thanksgiving dinner a little livelier," Gary Gensler says now. "The two of us ended up on Wall Street Week and other TV shows going mano a mano."
