On January 27, 2011, Commission staff participated in a teleconference with representatives from ICE to discuss the notice of proposed rulemaking regarding swap execution facilities. ~ ~Trading Systems or Platforms~Participants discussed the Commission's proposal regarding request for quote systems and their relation to: impartial access, the statutory definition of swap execution facilities, and bids or offers resting in the trading system or platform.
